The Hanged Man Tarot Card

The Hanged Man Tarot Card represents being “up in the air”.
The Hanged Man Tarot Card also symbolizes the inability to move, no progression, and not able to make a choice or decision.
The Hanged Man Tarot Card is the proverbial, nailing to the cross.
What I find ironic is that The Hanged Man Tarot Card precedes the Death Card in the Tarot.
Ironically enough, The Death Card is symbolic of Scorpio and is tightly intertwined with the Halloween season (which we are currently in).
Doorway To Scorpio
As you may or may not know, ever month I perform an Astrological Ritual and Meditation.
These rituals and meditations have two reasons
The first is to attune myself with the monthly astrological changes.
The second is meant to receive insight into lessons that I need to learn and prepare myself for.
You see, each astrological time frame has a characteristic behind it.
The characteristics have psychological lessons that accompany them.
There are also physiological effects and changes which occur from the movement and rotation of the spheres (Planets).
When used together with meditation, these practices open up our Mind, Body and Soul to enlightenment, knowledge and experience.
Some people are afraid of the Death or Devil Card in the Tarot.
However, the card that terrified me the most is The Hanged Man.
The Death Card Meaning
The Hanged Man proceeds The Death Card.
The Death Card Meaning does not necessarily represent the death of the physical body.
Death Card can represent the death of a physical state, change in outlook or attitude.
By default, The Death Card represents rebirth, new life, and renewal.
The Death Card can also represent stagnation and lack of growth.
The very seeds that lay in the Hanged Man.
Scorpio is more than just attuning with the dead on the outside.
But it’s about the inside as well.
Memories, are like fragmented reflective pieces or glass or mirrors. Shimmering and glistening in the darkness.
Showing us what has been.
The quiet then becomes why are these memories coming up and what to do about them.
Halloween
Every season has a reason.
And Halloween is no exception to the rule.
This time of the year represents Death.
Death of the physical and of the spiritual.
However, in death also lay the seeds of the future of growth.
As sun moves further away from out planet, the leaves begin to turn colors.
The weather becomes cooler, and colder.
These physical changes which effect everything and everyone on the planet.
Both physically and psychologically.
Those in tune with the Waxing and Waning of the cycles can feel the subtle shifts and changes in the air.
For many, these are just the seasons changing.
However, for others, it is so much more.
It is the constant ebb and flow of Life.
Conclusion
In conclusion, The Hanged Man Card is about being at the crossroads of life.
The Hanged Man is at a place in life where he has no control.
The Hanged Man is completely at the mercy of where life has delivered him to.
His only recourse of action is to focus on what he can do.
Which is to take the time to learn from his predicament and prepare for the next step or stage of his life.
