The Empires of Atlantis

The newest reading material in our family is The Empires of Atlantis.

This book, synchronistically, came to me, shortly after a brief group discussion on Ancient Kemetic Egypt and the fabled continent of Atlantis.

Ancient Kemetic Egypt

In our debate, I was challenged by another Ancient Egypt enthusiast who did not believe Atlantis actually existed.

But it didn’t stop there. I was also challenged regarding a statement I made about Atlantis and a connection to early pre-dynastic Ancient Kemet (Egypt).

At the time, I had no real evidence of Atlantis existing, except for The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean.

So in our discussion, I deferred my opinion to the opposition.

Let’s face it, enough arguments are going on in the Kemetic communities.

I did not want to invite another one.

However, I am a firm believer in the powers of the divine.

Words are more than just utterances we use to speak to one another.

They are and can be magickal.

Magnetic, if you will.

Just as Ma’at demands balance and HeruKhuti, justice, words resonate.

Thoughts resonate as well.

As with all things, I do not seek to rush old and ancient answers.

That is a big, gaping doorway for the ego.

And whenever the ego is involved, pride follows… along with Set.

Ancient Apocalypse

A few weeks ago, I was cruising Netflix and saw a title that caught my eye 👁️.

It was called, Ancient Apocalypse.

Something told me to watch it.

Ancient Apocalypse was a docuseries on the origins of a highly civilized culture that may have existed… Before the ice age. Over 10,000 years ago!

Who was this highly civilized ancient culture? Where did they go, and most importantly, what happened to them?

Needless to say, I binge-watched the entire series in one night.

Just as Atlantis is said to have fallen, by the ancient Greek philosopher, Plato.

We are a species with amnesia, the author says.

Modern historians are spoon-feeding us the only knowledge and information they currently have.

But times are changing. At they always have… And always will.
